1941 Men's Tennis Championship Trophy 13.75"

Nice large 1940s silver plate trophy for tennis.

The trophy is inscribed, "PARK DEPARTMENT ANNUAL SPORTS TOURNAMENT MEN'S CITY-WIDE TENNIS CHAMPIONSHIP AWARD BY PARK ASSOCIATION NEW YORK CITY 1941."

It measures 13-3/4" to the top of the handles and approx. 7" wide. It has lovely repousse work at the top and an attached medal.

No dents or dings. A small area of silver wear near the side of the wording.

This would look beautiful in your trophy collection and fantastic as a vase!
