19th C. French Opaline Glass Dish and Perfume Bottle

Acquired from France, a beautiful 19th century opaline glass set featuring a green footed trinket dish and an ormolu scent bottle.

The opaline dish has a striking green hue mounted in a gilt metal with a floral designed frame. It measures approx. 4-1/2" long and stands 2-1/4" tall.

The ornate scent bottle is frosted white opaline glass with gorgeous gilt metal ormolu. It measures 2-1/2" tall and approx. 2" wide including the handle. The stopper is missing and you can still smell the remnants of perfume.

No chips or cracks on either of the pieces which is quite rare for such an early period set.
