1930s Waldorf Astoria Pink Lenox & Silver Plate Teapot

From my personal collection, a large pink Lenox and silver plate teapot from the famous Waldorf Astoria in New York City.

This teapot has all of the bells and whistles. It's pink Lenox with a striking silver plate frame. The frame has the Waldorf motif on the finial and bottom rim,

It measures approx. 7" from handle to spout and stands 5-1/2" tall. It's in perfect condition with no chips or cracks.

The inside lid is stamped, "The Waldorf Astoria 1937" and is manufactured by International Silver Company.

The base is stamped, "LENOX MADE EXPRESSLY FOR THE WALDORF-ASTORIA by Nathan Strauss & Sons New York".
