The book has articles on various subjects, several fold-outs and die-cuts, color and black & white illustrations and photographs throughout. Red die-cut boards with white title and gilt decoration. Contributors include Salvador Dali, Katherine Ann Porter, Walker Evans, Rufino Tamayo, Virgil Thomson, Richard Wilbur, Robert Lowry, Edgar Degas, and others.
