Rare 1930s Friday Morning Club Coffee Pot, Re-lined

We simply love this vintage coffee pot from the Friday Morning Club!

The Friday Morning Club started in 1891 and was one of the more prominent women's organizations in the Los Angeles area. Its charter members were the most prominent and influential women of the era, involved in an array of progressive causes, including suffrage.

This large silver plated pot has "The Friday Morning Club" across the front in a fancy font. It is quite a large and heavy pot that measures 9-1/2" tall and 9-1/2" from handle to spout.

The exterior has a gorgeous bright patina. The interior has been professionally lined by a silversmith and is perfect for serving 9 cups of liquid.

Manufactured by Gorham and the date symbol is 1930.
