Rare 19th C. French Palais Royal Mother of Pearl Shell Perfume Stand

On opulent, rare 19th century French Palais Royal mother of pearl gilt metal perfume stand or vanity case. It's truly amazing in person.

This exquisite piece has a hinged cover that opens to four glass bottles. A gilt bird sits on the top. 

It measures 10" tall and approx. 5" wide and is in excellent condition. Two of the glass bottle have chips on the edge. The shells are in superb condition.

This rare and wonderful piece would be the highlight of any vanity or boudoir!
