Victorian Fairmont Hotel, San Francisco Crumber

From my personal collection, an ornate Victorian era silverplate crumber from the Fairmont Hotel atop San Francisco's Nob Hill.

This would have been used to dust the crumbs off the white tablecloths! 

The piece has polished up beautifully and has fancy repousse detail. It measures 9" by 7" and approx. 1" deep.

Manufactured by Reed & Barton and stamped, "The Fairmont".

An elegant piece of hotel silver from one of the finest hotels!
